Job Description:-

Open and maintain initiative-taking formal and informal lines of communication as required to raise awareness across organizational boundaries. Responsible for coordination, oversight, and management of complex initiatives aligning to business objectives and goals.  Meets or exceeds customer expectations by analyzing, collecting requirements, scoping, assessing, and delivering solutions that address the client’s business requirements and are within the scope of work as agreed. Consults with domain Architects developing end to end solution designs. Responsible for leading development of data visualization solutions and architectures, with end-to-end ownership for data preparation and visualization and post production support. Operates across organizational boundaries (IT Security, App dev, Data and Analytics Services, Engineering and Architecture). Clearly and effectively communicates business value of technology programs to executive stakeholders. Manages stakeholders’ expectations and perceptions regarding data visualization delivery services. Identifies opportunities to drive greater efficiency in service delivery. Has excellent collaboration, negotiation and partnering skills.   Motivates team members, coaching as required and promoting mutual support and interaction. Listens carefully and provides advice, facilitates discussion, and resolves conflict. Establishes trust. Identify solution gaps and work to define mitigation actions or alternative solutions. Manages the demand process including capacity estimating, project initiation, resource engagement and design consultation. Conveys complex and technical issues to diverse audiences. Guide business specific requirements toward corporate architectural standards and patterns while considering shareholder value and negotiating exceptions as needed. Understands and anticipates direction and proactively identifies opportunities to support business’ future state evolution. Advises on options, risks, costs versus benefits, and impacts on end-user products and services,  Facilitate effective work in-take process to aggregate and analyze business demand across projects, applications, and services in accordance with established model. Provides awareness, communication and reporting of end-of life technology components to drive out technical debt. Understands and proactively identifies opportunities to support business’ future state evolution.

Requirements and Solution Development:-

Responsible for gathering and translating business and functional requirements into consistent deployable, end-to-end solution design patterns that meet the tactical and strategic portfolio. Participation and oversight in developing end-to-end solutions. Promotes business knowledge of data visualization process, roles, and procedures to ensure the best possible outcome. Collaborate with Client and Internal Project teams to define, develop and gather requirements and identify gaps in requirements. Ensure established requirements align to data and analytics standards. Advises on options, risks, costs versus benefits, and impacts on end-user products and services, business processes and system priorities.

Project Portfolio Delivery:-

Facilitate effective work in-take process to aggregate and analyze business demand across projects, applications, and services in accordance with established model. Coordination, oversight, and tracking of standard solution implementations supporting the project portfolio. Responsible for reporting of project status to business stakeholders. Leads in identification and mitigation of potential problems and identifies conflicts with delivery. Actively contributes to internal process improvement efforts.

Technology Standards and Adoption:-

Actionable understanding and demonstrates compliance with applicable Corporate, Divisional, and IT Policies and procedures. Analyzes benefits, risks, and impact of emerging technologies within line of business portfolios. Identify and drive definition of technology objectives and recommend solutions to support business needs.  Responsible for driving, in collaboration with their application development partners, an end-of-life mitigation strategy and schedule. 

Required Experience:-

Bachelors in computer science, Engineering, or related discipline. Min 8-12 years of experience for the candidate for this role Certifications in Scrum Master, SAFe 5, AWS, and Agile considered a plus for this position. Preferably to have experience working for a Market Research and Consulting company.  Broad experience across technical roles within all IT functional areas. 5+ year’s deep technical experience across either Forsta-Dapresy, Power-BI, Tableau technologies with an understanding of technology-governance frameworks, security, infrastructure, and applications used in analytics services.   Typically, 3+ years’ experience working in a matrixed environment with successful demonstration of competencies as presented above. Exceptional understanding of data visualization technologies, data warehousing, data lake, cloud services vendors and platforms.  Deep and broad knowledge of IT, including experience in Change Management, Business Systems Analysis and large-scale Program Management. Broad technical knowledge around infrastructure technology, Application Development, and Cloud computing technologies. Proficiency with using Microsoft Visio, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Demonstrable experience in delivering processes and tools. Experience working within Complex Integration and Management. Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills. Ability to interpret customer business problems and technical issues and effectively explain how a solution will align to the customer’s needs or requirements. Ability to lead development of data visualization solutions and architectures.  Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions. Experience managing and working with Globally distributed and culturally diverse teams. Lean and Continuous improvement. Minimum leadership experience managing technical projects consisting of 5 to 10 people totaling over $250,000 budget. Broad technical knowledge around Server, Containers, Storage, Middleware, Database, Application Development, Automation, Network and Cloud computing technologies. Excellent people management skills, negotiating skills to achieve results through others who are not direct reports. Must have good planning, roadmap, communication, and leadership skills since you will be managing both your team members and customers as well. Experience in working in a matrix environment. Strong business performance management skills: ability to deploy and manage resources.  Ability to “manage up and across”; operate at all levels.  Excellent planning skills. Understanding of business needs and how technical decisions can impact project delivery. Experience in technology solution design and delivery. Seeks input, drives for consensus, and obtains closure; excellent collaboration and team building skills. Ability to resolve project interdependencies and conflicts within the portfolio. Purposeful and delivery-focused, setting high performance expectations. Capability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and make decisions in a timely manner.  Experience with requirements frameworks. Senior level negotiation expertise.  Experience leading the construction and presentation of a business case for technology (data visualization) investment.
