The Role
We are seeking a talented Machine Learning Scientist. The successful candidate will develop and apply cutting-edge machine learning (ML) paradigms to create autonomous agent-based AI systems. This position is ideal for someone with broad expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and computational sciences who is looking to join a very dynamic and innovative environment and pioneer the next frontier of innovation in large language models. You will build lifelong-learning systems in high-value realms of human innovation and creativity.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and prototype LLM-based autonomous AI agent systems in single and multi-agent simulations.
Leverage human behavior data to fine-tune and validate AI agent behavior.
Design and develop an optimized data pipeline along with our ML engineers to facilitate scalable training and deployment of autonomous AI agent systems.
Experiment with techniques to augment the quality and volume of training and validation data.
Collaborate closely with other ML scientists to enhance the quality of our AI agent systems.
Communicate findings to a multi-disciplinary audience.
Qualifications:
PhD in any computational field (e.g., machine learning, computer science, applied math, neuroscience, computational biology, physics, etc.)
Publication record in deep learning research, preferably in large language model research
Prior industry internship or research experience
Fluency in Python and standard ML tools and packages
Motivated and team oriented, with an ability to thrive in a multidisciplinary environment
Must be able to think independently and work collaboratively
