Job Description
As a Senior Developer, you’ll be joining a team at one of the largest utilities companies in Southern California to help build a data-driven culture, as well as improve standardization and accessibility to data to develop new data products. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective data visualization, using your strong design skills for creating user-friendly and intuitive dashboards to include workflows, and organization of information in a logical manner. You should have a solid understanding of data analysis techniques and statistical concepts as well as proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, JavaScript, and SQL.

Qualifications
Must have:
5+ years of experience with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, Excel or SAPStrong experience with programming languages such as Python, R, JavaScriptSolid experience with data visualization and designing dashboardsExperience with data warehousing and ETL processesAbility to integrate data from various sourcesStrong knowledge of SQL and data querying techniquesDemonstrated ability to work with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that needs are being met
Preferred:
Data governance experienceExperience working in the utilities industry
Additional Information
All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
Compensation range: $160,000 – $173,000 annually, depending on experience.
