As the Machine Learning Engineer for Mango Languages, your responsibilities will include:
Integration of linguistic algorithms and models into ML systems.Collaborating with computational linguists to translate linguistic concepts into scalable ML solutions.Using ML techniques to enhance content generation speed without compromising the product’s educational standards.Multilingual textual analysis; encompassing morphological analysis, syntactic analysis, and lemmatization.Pioneering ML-driven solutions that boost the user experience in language learning.Serving as a mentor to enhance the team’s understanding of ML, particularly in its interplay with linguistics.Proactively participating in cross-functional projects and taking on new responsibilities as needed.
Minimum/Required Qualifications:
Degree in Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a related field with a substantial linguistics component.5+ Years Experience in software engineering, with expertise in Python.Proven experience in deploying Machine Learning models in real-world scenarios.Knowledge of multilingual textual analysis, morphological analysis, syntactic analysis, and lemmatization.Familiarity with ML frameworks such as Tensorflow, Keras, PyTorch, and FastAI.Ability to collaborate with a cross-functional team and ensure the smooth integration of ML algorithms with product features.Strong grounding in experimental design, research methodologies, and both qualitative and quantitative analysis.Outstanding problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
Bonus:
Experience with NLP tools and libraries such as spaCy, Huggingface, BERT, and OpenAI/GPT-3/4.Prior work in the language-learning domain or with linguistics-focused ML projects.Proficiency in multiple languages.
