About the role

We are in search of someone in India to take on the role of Director for Data Analytics. Within our India Operations, you will hold significant importance in our endeavor to establish an exceptional global data analytics team at the heart of the Center for Data and Insights (CDI). Reporting directly to the Head of Business Analytics, this pivotal role underscores its business-centric nature, playing a key role in enhancing and maintaining our data and insights capabilities. Operating within the dynamic landscapes of AWS and GCP ecosystems, the Director will shoulder the responsibility of nurturing and guiding our analysts based in India. This involves close collaboration with business leaders, partners, and stakeholders on a global scale, spanning diverse functions such as ad hoc analysis, storytelling, dashboard creation, reporting, and metric observability. By ensuring the integrity and reliability of insights, this role significantly contributes to our overarching objective of enabling well-informed decision-making.

You will exemplify an empathetic and service-oriented approach, effectively addressing our organization’s thriving data and insights culture. Concurrently, you will fortify and future-proof our analytics support framework. We offer a distinctive chance for you to lead the consolidation and rejuvenation of global support operations for all our analytics initiatives. In the initial six-month period, the Director of Data Analytics will form a dedicated team that supports analytics operations worldwide, offers responsive partnership, and seamlessly facilitates the transition of reporting as the underlying data lake migration takes place from AWS to GCP.

If you are a seasoned professional with a zeal for service-driven analytics pursuits and an eagerness to drive transformative changes, we invite you to contemplate this role as an avenue to shape the trajectory of our CDI. Your journey as the Director of Data Analytics holds the promise of being both rewarding and instrumental in propelling our data-driven aspirations to new heights, making an enduring impact within the anime community.
