About the Role
Key Responsibilities
Validate data from our various partners, and produce insights.
Investigate data issues, and communicate them to our international partners and Pagaya’s global team.
Gain a wide knowledge of Pagaya’s operational, business, and technological activities in order to make an impact on the company’s data-gathering and processing efforts.
Prepare professional daily and periodic QA reports and present them in relevant forums.
Design, automate, and execute daily checks on large datasets and produce insights.
Help design work protocols and procedures to streamline data QA processes.
Suggest improvements of processes by implementing changes and automation.
Help create structured processes that will enable the company’s financial game plan.
Requirements
B.A graduate (industrial engineering, information system engineering, economics, business, finance or similar).
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in data quality assurance or analysis.
Proficiency in SQL and Excel skill set.
Strong analytical skills for data profiling, anomaly detection, and trend analysis.
Well-organized and detail-oriented.
Ability to adjust to dynamic priorities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and get things done.
Ability to independently learn new subjects and understand the impact on the day-to-day of an existing organization.
Outstanding English (verbal and written), including the ability to write and present documentation and processes in English.
Excellent communication skills – the ability to communicate complex subjects to different audiences, making them engaged and driving delivery.
Excellent interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration and external partner communication.
