An exciting opportunity to lead Dun & Bradstreet function under Cognitive Data Operations (CDO) focused on the Data Lifecycle right from identification, acquisition, and ingestion of data all the way through to dissemination and governance with ownership of the core data assets. The role will involve directly working with product, sales, technology, and analytics teams to deliver faster services in a high growth environment.
Role & Responsibility:
• Ensuring the timely acquisition and ingestion of data accessed from multiple sources under the D&B Governance framework
• Building of a Quality Check mechanism to continuously upgrade the data quality & validity
• Create scalable processes leveraging local and global expertise available within the company and continuously driving process improvement initiatives to meet evolving stakeholder expectations
• Work closely with technology to optimize the right fit solution on an ongoing basis to bring in efficiencies
• Work with technology and other internal stakeholders to continuously reduce the operating cost margins for Data operations
• Working closely with various stakeholders to Identify, Evaluate and Onboard Data Partners / vendors
• Work towards releasing insights for internal use as well sharing with customers.
People Management
• Management of team & mentoring & coaching them.
• Development and Training of the team to enhance skills and capabilities of the team
Skills:
• Strong understanding of the data ecosystem; ability to work with diverse data sets
• Strong process orientation and implementation capability
• Experience in developing scalable solutions
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work under tight timelines
Education Qualification
• Any Post-Graduate with 10+ yrs of work experience
• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Access, Power point), SQL
• Knowledge on data visualization tools would be a plus
