As a Data Analyst/Engineer, your core responsibilities encompass the entire data lifecycle. From the collection and storage phases to processing and ensuring its quality, reliability, and proper taxonomy, you ensure that data meets the evolving needs of the business. Utilising advanced visualisation techniques, you’ll transform complex data into insightful and actionable visuals that drive decision-making. By leveraging your analytical skills and expertise, you will improve marketing performance, optimise audience targeting, and maximise return on investment (ROI) for us and our clients.
Day to day you will be responsible for the collection, cleaning and analysis of data from various sources whilst maintaining the structure to ensure it is set up with the correct taxonomies to support our data needs. You will be generating reports and visualisations to effectively communicate findings and insights to internal stakeholders and clients.

Requirements
Essential
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Marketing Analytics) or equivalent experience. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and statistical software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Excellent communication skills to present findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Desirable
Proven experience as a Data Analyst/Engineer or similar role, preferably within a marketing or advertising agency. Familiarity with data visualisation tools to create compelling reports and dashboards. Knowledge of marketing concepts and strategies, particularly in the higher education sector. Experience with CRM systems, web analytics platforms and social media analytics tools is desirable. Proficiency in a scripting language, preferably Python, or a keenness to learn. Experience of working with a development team.
