What you’ll be doing:
Take ownership of onboarding, setting new customers up for success on the Botify platform, ensuring the fastest possible time-to-value and a frictionless onboarding experienceAct as a trusted advisor, supporting customers in interpreting data and deriving insights from Botify tools, guiding them in their use of the product to ensure high levels of adoption and customer successDeliver dedicated and often bespoke training sessions leveraging industry data and best practicesWork with customers to execute against their SEO roadmap, presenting SEO concepts as necessary and explaining how to make necessary changesWork with your customers to build advanced reports designed to answer business and SEO objectivesTroubleshoot and resolve issues that customers may encounter, acting in a first-line technical support capacityProvide feedback to our Product and Engineering groups to inform prioritization of our product roadmap based on customer use cases and leveraging your SEO expertise
What we’re looking for:
2+ years of experience as an in-house SEO expert responsible for a medium to large website or equivalent experience working at an agency, covering all aspects of SEO strategy but with a particular focus on technical SEOStrong understanding of search engine crawling behavior and how this can impact traffic and revenueSolid experience with HTML and CSS and at least basic JavaScriptHighly organized and well versed in project managementDetail oriented with exceptional analytical, statistical, and problem solving skillsA confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills; used to working with both technical and business audiencesAnd last but not least, positive, professional, peak performers – if this describes you then please apply!
