Associate Data Manager
Reports to Senior Data Manager
Job Summary
The Associate Data Manager will work within the Real-World Evidence team at Open Health. This position will support the Data Managers with the successful delivery of projects from study start-up to finish. This role provides a variety of tasks including:
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Supporting the data management process within the organization to meet internal and client deadlines Supporting with the design and building of the case report form or electronic case report form and ensuring input from project team members, as appropriate Ensuring that study specific database is piloted with other members of the project team and that programmed edit checks are refined Co-ordinating and accurately entering (if necessary) study data coming into the organisation to meet internal and client timelines Supporting the Data Manager with writing the Data Management Plan (DMP) for studies and updating it as necessary throughout the duration of the studies Carrying out data cleaning activities on the data in accordance with the DMP Supported by the Data Manager to raise and resolve data queries with Site Engagement Managers, study centres and CROs. Complying with the reporting requirements for Adverse Events in accordance with the study protocols and company SOPs Assisting with providing technical support to internal and external personnel in the use of the EDC system Ensuring the accurate filing of relevant data management documentation Maintaining the quality and accuracy in all project activities, following E&A Standard Operating Procedure
Experience, Skills, and Qualifications
Experience working in clinical data management Proficient Microsoft Office skills including Microsoft Word and Excel Sound working knowledge of EDC systems Good knowledge and understanding of clinical terminology Graduate or equivalent data management qualification
