Pivot Point Consulting is seeking a Analytics & AI leader with 15+ years of management consulting experience at leading Analytics & AI firms who will be responsible for growing the practice by identifying and driving business development opportunities, as well as delivering high quality solutions to power data innovation.

Pivot Point partners with their clients to leverage novel practices and tools to accelerate their data innovation journey by leveraging Analytics & AI to thrive in this business landscape. This position is part of the senior leadership team responsible for shaping the practice and service offerings, supporting business development opportunities, delivering services and creating deep, long-term engagement with client partners. 

Serve as a senior leader of the Analytics & AI practice 
Identify and develop existing and new client relationships through networking and business development activities 
Increase market share in existing clients and maximize new business development opportunities across the U.S., achieving targets for revenue, gross margin and growth 
Exceed customer expectations and contribute to a high-level of customer satisfaction

Description: 

Analytics & AI leader is responsible for growing the practice by identifying and driving business development opportunities, as well as delivering solutions to power data innovation leveraging analytics/AI at scale to drive action that creates strategic value – e.g., streamlineoperations, improve health outcomes, promote health equity, strengthen communities and enrich theconsumer and employee experience. 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

Shape practice strategy and roadmap with practice leaderensuring alignment with other practices 
Contribute to development of product roadmap working with clients and prospects in partnership with thepractice leader 
Lead development, marketing, launch, adoption of delivery teams and growth of service offerings 
Assist in the creation of proposals, presentations and RFP (Request for Proposal) responses 
Deliver and oversee delivery of high-quality outcomes 
Lead delivery teams and serve as an escalation point for client and consultant issues and opportunities for improvement 
Staff projects and manage utilization 
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and employees

Travel: Less than 50%. Ability to travel to clients and prospect locations across the nation.
