If you have a solid background in Oracle B2C Service Cloud applications, focusing on implementation and support to improve employee experience and service delivery, this could be your next opportunity! How you will do it

Design, develop, and maintain Oracle B2C Service applications, ensuring they meet business requirements.

Implement best practices in software development, including coding standards, testing, and documentation.

Coordinate data synchronization between Oracle Service Cloud and other systems (Oracle EBS, Reporting, OFSC).
What you will need
Required
-
Experience in developing Custom Scripts, Custom Processes (Event Handlers), BUI Extensions/Add-Ins, Business Rules, Configuration, Workflow/Workspace, Report Analytics, Knowledgebase, etc.

Experience with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery, PHP, .NET, ROQL, ConnectPHP.

Experience with Oracle B2C features like Job Scheduler, Element Manager, Data Sync, External Objects.
