Position Overview
Sr. Director AI – Architecture and Product.
International Pet Holdings is seeking a visionary Chief AI & Automation Architect to lead our enterprise-wide digital transformation through innovative AI and automation solutions. This senior executive role will be responsible for architecting secure, scalable AI and automation frameworks across our global pet health and wellness portfolio, ensuring regulatory compliance while driving significant business value.
Key Responsibilities:
- AI & Automation Strategy: Design and implement enterprise AI and automation strategies utilizing cutting-edge platforms including Agentic AI, Microsoft Copilot, Google Vertex AI, and Salesforce Agent force
- Enterprise Architecture Leadership:** Consolidate and standardize technology stacks across multiple business units and international acquisitions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems
- Cybersecurity & Compliance:** Develop and maintain AI governance frameworks aligned with industry standards (GDPR, CCPA, PCI-DSS) while ensuring pet health data privacy and security across 30+ countries
- Business Intelligence Excellence:** Lead the implementation of enterprise BI solutions using Power BI, Tableau, and Einstein Analytics to drive data-driven decision making
- Cost Optimization:** Identify and execute automation opportunities targeting $10M+ in annual operational savings through strategic RPA implementations
- M&A Technology Integration:** Spearhead technology due diligence and integration for acquisitions, ensuring smooth consolidation of disparate systems
- Team Leadership:** Build and manage a high-performing team of architects, developers, and AI specialists across global locations
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 15+ years of progressive technology leadership experience with 5+ years in AI/ML and automation
- Proven track record of successful enterprise AI implementations in regulated industries
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Enterprise Stack (Azure, M365, Power Platform)
- Strong experience with modern AI platforms (Vertex AI, Copilot, Agent force)
- Demonstrated ability to deliver significant cost savings through technology rationalization
- Experience managing technology compliance across multiple international jurisdictions
Preferred Qualifications:
- Industry certifications (TOGAF, CIS8, Salesforce Architect)
- Healthcare or pharmaceutical technology experience
- Financial services technology background
- Experience with pet industry technology ecosystems
- Six Sigma or similar operational excellence certification
